Joe rants on his recent piece "We don't need no stinking laws" and the deluge of criticism that followed. Why the criticism? Well, naturally, Joe should not be criticizing President Obama, especially because Joe is an elected official. What these confused individuals don't understand is that the 1st Amendment applies to everyone... even those who hold office. And the whole reason we have 1st Amendment is so we don't have to fear criticizing govt. They are accountable to us and it's our job to remind them of that!
