After previewing the 2018 college football season for the bottom four teams in the Big Ten standings a season ago, Kevin and Troy preview the next four teams – this week – which finished in 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th place in the conference in 2017. What do the youngster and old man think of Rutgers, Nebraska, Purdue and Iowa? Could there be a surprise team of the bunch to make its way up toward the top of the conference in 2018?
