Some leaders start their leadership journey early in life. My own journey started when I was 7 or 8, playing basketball on a youth league. It’s important to look back on your own leadership journey and know your own story. Even more importantly, though, start to look for these characteristics in the young people in your life that you lead. Start nurturing them now, because they’re the leaders of the future.
