This week, we hear from Cassandra Wilder, Naturopathic doctor, herbalist, yoga teacher, and
menstruation expert with a passion for women’s health and healing.
As a leading expert in menstrual cycles, Cassandra has found that often times women that
have sever periods, health problems, and thyroid imbalances typically have a disconnect from
their cycles as well as who they are in life.
Cassandra has found that helping women track their entire monthly cycle can be an incredibly
empowering experience and allows her to also teach women the tools to live an empowered
life in a safe space. She also shares with us how connecting with our cycles can help to
connect us to who we are in times of our peak energy and mothers of daughters can teach
them to take this time of the month to harness energy, slow down, and allow time for self care.
Cassandra shares with us how growing up in rural Utah led to her being disconnected from her
body and experiencing great sadness which eventually led to a toxic relationship and being
sexually assaulted. She realized that she had to take steps to change and not blame others for
her circumstances and thus set out on a purpose journey that led her to Guatemala where she
observed her first women circles in which a group of ladies created a safe space for women to
gather talk, and meditate.
We invite you in today into our Women’s Circle to discuss any topic you wish.
