As she does, Cindy awoke the other morning with a dream inner-directive question. "What do you give your power to?" An extraordinary question prodding awareness. What do we give power to? T.V.? Social Medial? Sugar? Being too comfortable? Alcohol? Hiding? How does asking the question prompt deep answers? How does it effect motivation? Ask Cindy? More reflective questions. Such as "How do we know we are thinking from the heart or the mind?" "Why do people try to run away from themselves?"
