When I started my business I thought I knew it all since I had had other businesses. The interesting thing is that I never shared my shy. I was sharing my what and didn't realize I was upside down and backwards in my thinking. If you don't share you why, your what won't mean a thing to anyone. When I changed my mindset, selling my why made it so much easier to provide my clients with my what. It's a much different approach and one that was the result of questions and listening to their why too.
