Being present means staying here-right here right now in the moment. What are you missing by now being present? When all is said and done will you be told you had a pretty great life but you missed it because you were look down instead of being present? When you are present you aren't thinking of the past or the future. You are in the moment. You are concentrating on what is happening right now. It takes discipline to be present. Show someone you are there for them by being present.
