How important is it to really know your customer? It is everything and yet so many people still use the throw the spaghetti against the way and see what sticks approach. How well do you know your customer? Besides their age and gender, do you know what makes them tick, what keeps them up at night, what problem you can help solve and are they easy to find? Of course the big question is...do you want to work with them? Ask questions to get to really know your customer and then listen.
