Pipeman and Conrad speak about how incredible it feels to be back attending and performing at live music festivals after the pandemic. Conrad shares how they are a British rock and roll band from a small working class, salt mining town in the Northwest of England where there was nothing to do so you either started a band, played football or sold drugs so that’s what they like to sing about – social issues and honest life experiences! Pipeman and Conrad discuss how it’s so unexpected that bands would have more social issues to sing about now than they did in the 80’s. Conrad speaks about how football, fashion and music are all linked in British culture and the impact it has on the band’s music.
