Depression and happiness are both states of mind that we have the ability to move in and out of using the principles, practices and processes of Emotional Wisdom Training. Anti-depressants are not the answer. By creating an intention with a vision we know what to say, a message, that supports us in knowing what to do, as missions. Using our past to remind us of times we moved in and out of other emotional states such as happiness, joy, peace make it possible for us to do future planning.
