I am often asked whether I would stutter or stammer when ordering drinks in a bar and food in a restaurant.
Stammering problems and issues WERE common for me when attempting to order food and drinks in restaurants and bars. It led to many humiliating experiences as explained in this episode of the Stammering Solved podcast.
It also formed part of what I needed and decided to practice once I had developed the techniques that eventually would enable me to overcome the stammer. These techniques are what I now call the "Speech rules".
