Today I share an experience that happened to me this morning that got me so frustrated and upset! 😡

I was able to overcome my anger by doing one thing and I share how you to can overcome your frustrations and not let it ruin your day...

Do this 👉🏼 stop 🛑 take a step back and reflect when something goes wrong in your day... Let your frustration out for 30 to 60 seconds no longer than that. Make sure you don’t waste your time and energy on something that’s out of your control and if there is something in your control then resolve it and move on with your day.

Look at it as an experience and a moment in your day. Try not to let it ruin your day and remember that it’s just a moment in your day. 😃
