are you somebody who complains about the smallest little things, never satisfied or appreciative to what you have?!

Have you found yourself either complaining more or less being confined home?
Do you find yourself complaining about things that you normally don’t complain about?

Today I’m gonna talk about how we can appreciate what we have and that it’s OK for five minutes to complain, rant and bitch.... we’re not perfect.

Being aware of complaining and recognizing if something truly is bothering, affecting or you just complaining to complain, be annoying, irritable or for attention.

When you can see how you are reacting is when you can take a step back and reflect... is this something to complain about or can this be resolved without complaining.

Complaining is a form of a habit maybe you haven’t been aware because you’ve done it your whole life, you complain about every little freaking thing, complain about having to clean, work, the kids, your neighbors, the weather and so on...

If you are that person it’s going to take a lot of effort on your part to recognize the way you react to your situation, to stop complaining when you find yourself complaining switch the attitude from complaining to being appreciative and grateful...
to look at everything as

-I am grateful for my family
-I’m grateful that I get to clean
-I’m grateful I get to cook
-I’m grateful for my neighbors
-I’m grateful for this beautiful day
-I’m alive

Make it a point to prioritize becoming aware of your complaining, your attitude and behavior around your situation and circumstances and to resolve it by being grateful and thankful for the things you have and get to do!!

Challenge yourself this month every day to be a bit more appreciative and grateful...

When you catch yourself complaining, stop, take a deep breath in and let go of the complaint and remember life isn’t so bad... others have it worse. It will put your complaining into perspective.

You got this!

Less complaining more appreciating and you will become a better version of yourself and create a happier life for you and others! 😊
