It's easy to become distracted - distracted away from centeredness, away from our spiritual and healthy practices or whatever we're working on. Through scripture, God points this out and asks us to start to give up our distractedness and instead, turn toward meditation and constant spiritual awareness. I think if we listen to this call, not only will we find more peace, but also find an internal state that propels our health, joy, gratitude, and life.
