MUFON could have easily done this a LONG time ago but chose not to for some unknown reason. MUFON doesn't follow their own mission statements anymore

both MUFON and NUFORC have databases that they keep to themselves and only release a limited number of individual reports in a non-standardized broken format that makes the information useless for serious analysis

exactly. there's no reason why those UFO report databases shouldn't be been available online years ago for independent researchers to query for analysis

and the reason we now have SCU and many other new UFO research groups is because MUFON has become a UFO fiction fantasy media entertainment organization rather than a scientific UFO research organization.
