Today on the show, Tina debuts a new opening monologue segment called Self-Reflection. This first one is about "Being vulnerable and Comparisonitis."

Ahad Ghadimi is our guest and he has his own story of dealing with (a lot) of chaos and emotions around family traditions and expectations. We will also talk about his 10-day silent retreat and the revolutionary concept that resulted. And, how his background and training equipped him to understand and use intuition for the greater good. He has a rich and diverse background and lots of "spiritual + practical" advice on how to show up at work and in your personal affairs with authenticity, vulnerability, and in harmony with your soul journey and purpose.

Ahad is a start-up entrepreneur, Global 500 executive, and turnaround artist to his roles as CEO, investor, and coach. Among many things, he launched a global swimwear brand with a former Miss France, he was pivotal in the turnaround of the Boston Market restaurant chain and several others by raising the consciousness of the workforce which is what this show is all about. He is the managing director of Core Work Capital, and the CEO of a unique, out-of-the-box platform called forums@work.
