Thoughts of the Past, Future and where are you at in the now.....

Lets Talk About it,
With so many out there who will not reach out for support at least focus on this Living in the Now is the best chance you have to move forward in a positive direction. A focus on the past can provide a focus that is effecting so many and our decisions now and into the future.
Its been a while but those that have died or been severely injured would want us all to live a good and healthy life. A life not filled with chaos, pain or suffering. If any who lost there lives in combat were able to trade places with you in the grave how might they live your life? Is it our duty to do our best or live in chaos? Chaos may feel better in staying close to them in some unfortunate way, how we treated each other and what brought us close was training and playing hard. The safety brief's given on Fridays before liberty , as i think back I have such a better perspective.....For society and us as individuals.
