Eric is a member of the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. In his career, Eric along with his partner Ronnie Richter have tried, arbitrated, and argued appeals in excess of 175 cases in state, federal and courts of appeal for the State of South Carolina, the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals and with the American Arbitration Association.
