As pandemic restrictions and precautions are starting to ease, Nova Scotians are showing different reactions to the idea of "living with COVID". And there are also other stresses with the situation in Ukraine and the information coming out of the Mass Casualty Commission. Dr. Dayna Lee-Baggley is a clinical psychologist in Nova Scotia. She's been helping people work through pandemic burnout, including health care workers.
