I've come to realize that there are some people who are in your life for a reason and you are a better person because of that gift. I met Rick Staropoli 10 years ago when he started dating my colleague Tiffany, who is now his wife. We've been working closely together on a project and there have been times where I was really down in the dumps. I have been amazed by his consistent can-do "there's nothing wrong" attitude over the years and always wanted to chat with him about his many talents and his uncanny ability to make it all seem like 'No Big Deal'.
