Dr. Jeremy Jamieson invites us to look at and manage our stress in new ways.

Jeremy is an associate professor of Psychology at the University of Rochester and serves as the Principal Investigator of the Social Stress Lab. He is also a Harvard university graduate and postdoctoral fellow and holds a PHD in social psychology from Northeastern university and a Bachelor’s degree in in Psychology with a concentration in neuroscience.

His research focuses on social stress and decision making, risk and uncertainty, among other topics. Jeremy and Lori chat about acute social stress situations and how we can shift our mind-set and thoughts to improve our decision making and performance.

The labs’ research projects have been funded by Fortune 100 companies, government agencies and educational institutions.
