So one of your staff or colleagues discloses to you they are about to start living in their acquired gender. This may be a surprise, or perhaps you are one of the few who know. But now it is going to happen, and you need to support this colleague through that process and manage the multitude of requirements.

It is a complex process depending upon the size and complexity of the organisation. They could just turn up at work one day and announce they have changed gender, but managing that process is better for all. Today I am going to talk through what you need to do to make this process as smooth as possible.
