WEEK 8: DAY 1
THE BREAD AND THE SEED

2 Corinthians 9:10
Now he that ministereth seed to the sower both minister bread for your food, and multiply your seed sown, and increase the fruits of your righteousness...

One thing is sure, God provides us daily with what will satisfy us regardless of how mature or immature you are in Him.

The analogy of the bread and seed is to reveal to you the importance of your identity in how you access the gift of His Kingdom.

Isaiah 55:10-11
For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Our benefits from God comes to us in similar ways, however, who we are, whether as an eater or sower reveals what we do with what we get. The beautiful thing about a sower is he also eats but an eater never sows.

Matthew 4:4
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of the mouth of God.

Every kingdom citizen should mature into a Sower to truly have dominion:

As a sower, you should understand that your daily benefits comes with proceedings from the mouth of God.
When you are blessed by God, it comes either for you or through you and to discern this, you need to groom your ears and heart towards sensitivity, hence, discernment.

Matthew 16:8-10
Which when Jesus perceived, he said unto them, O ye of little faith, why reason ye among yourselves, because ye have brought no bread?
Do ye not yet understand, neither remember the five loaves of the five thousand, and how many baskets ye took up?
Neither the seven loaves of the four thousand, and how many baskets ye took up?

Never accomodate the thought that your bread/daily satisfaction is something you have to suffer for. God is well aware of your needs and will take care of it.

Mark 7:27
But Jesus said unto her, Let the children first be filled: for it is not meet to take the children's bread, and to cast it unto the dogs.

If you have to ask, ask with the confidence that He will provide.

Another thing you should note is since you have partaken of Jesus bread(body), one way the world will eat of God is through you. (That however is a discussion for another day).

Only the blessed can bless. You have God, has the world experienced Him from you? Have you gotten the seed of Him and sown it?

I pray that you see yourself in the light of a sower as you live your life each day sowing good seeds as your God directs you and as you have the fill of His presence in Jesus name, amen.
