ABOUT THE BOOK

This book is a narration by a psychiatrist. The purpose of this book is to provide education, information, and knowledge about mental health. It is a compilation of stories of people who have suffered from a mental disorder and their struggle. It describes various problems faced by patients and the treatment they received with frank discussion and academic facts.
As we know, one out of five people in our society suffer from a mental disorder but only a few receive treatment, largely due to stigma and unawareness. We are unable to project examples of successful treatment.
This book contains several stories of positive change in the lives of individuals with mental health issues.
