During times of isolation and social distancing, it can be hard to get motivated or inspired. This is the topic of discussion we’ll have with our speakers.

Shannon Shine is the co-host of the Bring Me 2 Life Podcast. She's an artist, creator, and spiritual guide. Her mission is to live a life that inspires others to transform themselves into the person they wish to be and to follow their dreams.

Ashton Robertson is a live performer, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. He creates world class psychedelic bass music as Spaceship Earth and has an ambient side project called Cloudz.

Nick Mielnicki is a certified yoga instructor with 5 years experience in personal training. He helps others with nutrition and wellness.

Selomon is a meditation teacher who began Project Bring Me 2 Life originally to bring a community of like-minded people together. Along with Shannon, they created the podcast to be a safe space to talk about everything they’ve learned through life.
