2009-2011: Vice President of Operations and Franchise Development, CMIT Solutions, Inc., Austin, TX. Responsible for the team that set franchise sales record in its first year.

Co-founder of "The Giving JAR" Scholarship in memory of his father-a teacher and coach.
Fundraising and awarding scholarships to high school seniors attending college with the intent on becoming teachers and coaches. Contributing to the local SCORE chapter. Helping people learn about business ownership through franchising.

Married to Christine for 20 years. She is a Marketing Manager, wonderful wife and mother.
Son, James, 32, lives in Austin, estimator/sales role for a concrete leveling company. Daughter, Madison, 20, in her second year of college at Texas State University. Tom and Christine are licensed foster/adoptive parents.

Hobbies:
Getting together with our son, daughter in law and grandson as much as we can, golfing, hunting, fishing, hiking, trail-bike riding, playing guitar, camping and visiting family and friends all over the country.

He also ran business development for an electronics recycling startup and even founded a beer tap handle manufacturing company. He lives in Dunwoody, GA with his wife and two young daughters. He's a proud graduate of The University of Alabama and enjoys skiing and fly fishing.
