Calming the “War” in Baltimore

Who is Charles Clark?  Charles Clark is a motivational speaker, a radio personality, youth leader, an advocate, a minister and an anointed man of God.  his vision is to restore lives all over the world with positive reinforcement, spiritual enhancement and empowerment.  Charles has first-hand knowledge about restoration because he, himself, has truly been restored.  Although having a loving and caring mother, Charles was involved in drugs and gang-banging as a result of trying to fill the void of losing his father at the tender age of 6.  Charles will truthfully tell you, that the “devil had him as a puppet” and used him to do horrific things. But God’s grace and mercy, transformed him and restored him while incarcerated for a period of 8 years.  Charles states that he felt more “free” in prison than on the streets because of what God did for him.  Specifically, God saved him and spared him, when many of his friends were dying around him.  Thus, while in prison God was able to use Charles to minister to others, empower them, help them to admit to their wrong-doing, surrender to God and “break their wall of tribulation” and move into the direction that God called them to go.
