The main part of the episode was spent answering a question received by a listener on how to effectively to communicate with your poker playing partner who is running bad while you are not. Tricia outlined the 4 common but ineffective ways to communicate: criticism, defensiveness, contempt and stonewalling. She and Gareth then went over a number of suggestions for communicating with significant others in a more effective fashion.
