Our last show. Everything must end, and despite the surge, I'm returning back to the office next week. We wish a bittersweet goodbye. It was an honor, truly, to spend a pandemic with you.
Life got too busy and I missed the end, not to mention most of the beginning, of PCR. Thank you Edie for brightening our days!

I can't thank you enough for your service to our community. I'm sure many feel as I do that fear was and is a huge part of this pandemic. You performed the absolutely essential job of not only keeping us informed and lessening our fear by giving us the facts, but doing so in the sweetest most gentle way. Almost like a mother whispering to her child that it's going to be alright. You're unbelievably great.

I'm so glad I finally tuned in after seeing a few posts on ND.. it took me a year or so, but the reward has been so great.. I look forward to keeping in touch somehow, and maybe even meeting in person those that I've yet to meet.. until then, take care of yourselves and your loved ones.. ❤🧡💛💚💙💜🖤🤍🤎💓💞💖💝❣️

I haven't been able to collect my thoughts about the end of Point Connect yet, but it's been a big, bright part of my day since I joined the chat during the first mystery theme. NPR always talks about "driveway moments," but I've had the inverse: all the times when I didn't leave the house, or made sure I'd be home by 5:15, just so I could listen to the show live. Getting to chat with everyone here for an hour was - to be honest - no small part of my social life. Hearing Edie's gift for broadcasting (and gab generally), and all the great music, was a true pleasure. I'm going to miss it terribly.

You are such a star, and who would have imagined you would fostered an extended family. We love you.

Oh Aimee... I love you...we are replacing the wall with a blackboard. That woman's car was covered in mud...

I would love to stay in touch with all of you PCR Regulars. Maybe we can start a group text and chat periodically? Jacinto Castillo and I have been kicking around the idea of carrying on Edie’s legacy with a Podcast called “Hidden City Radio” (working title).

If you have weak or weeping walls, it is actually reasonable to cover the hill with tarps to lessen water saturation
