As they say, the darkest hour is just before dawn. By same logic, the darkest hour is also immediately after dusk. The Storm may have passed, but we are now in the darkest hour.

To get back to topic: I'm sure certain sick individuals are already planning Storm Walks, inviting people to stroll through town and gawk at the effects of The Storm. There is even talk of a pair of haunted galoshes.
