When the county researched his voting status, it turns out he'd already mailed in his ballot, and now he's being investigated for voter fraud.

The thing is, when he voted in person, he went to the wrong precinct so he had to fill out a provisional ballot which was put in a special envelope. (He actually voted against the recall by mistake, because he thought he was voting "No" on Gavin Newsom and his hedonistic lifestyle.)
