Meanwhile at WCCUSD: "Most of the money the district controls is spent on employee salaries and benefits, and the report suggests that’s one area where cuts can be made. That’s unwelcome news for the district’s teachers union, which announced Wednesday that negotiations over a new one-year contract had reached a standstill over class size issues and it may file an unfair labor practice claim with the California Public Employee Relations Board."
