The ferry over for evening events like concerts was amazing. had to take bart home, but the trip via ferry was just pure joy.

I actually took the long way to work a couple of times - Richmond-to-San Francisco, then San Francisco-to-Larkspur, then got a ride from LFT to my San Rafael office.

That is fantastic news about the Richmond Ferry! I heard a few weeks ago they were contemplating the lower fares and expanded service times, and I'm so happy they made it official!! Woo-hoo!!

I had the cheeseburger and my date had the fried chicken sandwich - that's what I want to get next time. Plus a cup of really delicious soup. BTW, GGB to me means my Employer of 25 years - just celebrated my service date on March 18. I've got to drive to San Rafael and pick up my Service Award gift - an amethyst/diamond pendant.
