The Todd Hotel is a nightmare... folks in and out of the homeless camps, sharing cigarettes , mixing with the Pub crowd... yesterday they had a sidewalk party. Did I mention sharing cigarettes... masks,,, forget about it... that’s for the sane and sober folks
