Dan and Sally Roman have 2 sons that were diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. They decided to take a relatively unique approach to caring for their young sons in that their primary goal was to learn just how nutrition really affects diabetes and how nutrition can be used to help their sons' bodies heal.

In their quest, they've learn how to not only manage their sons' diabetes, but improve the health of their entire family in the process. Healthy weight loss, improved skin, clarity of thought, and controlled blood sugars are just a few of the benefits that they've seen as a family. They've since coached many other families on ways to use nutrition to heal diabetes, pre-diabetes, hypoglycemia, and just improved health overall.
