On this week's super-sized episode of Parenting Roundabout's entertainment-themed Round 2, Catherine and Terri continue watching The West Wing, check out the Super Bowl (mostly for the commercials, of course), and revisit on one of Terri’s favorite movies in the challenge round. Here’s your road map: 00:29: Super Bowl LI - Yes, the game had a surprising (to some) and historic (to some) ending. We were just in it for the commercials and the halftime show, and especially the Schuyler Sisters. Just add that to our tally of Hamilton mentions on this podcast. 14:36: The West Wing - We watched the excellent episode  “Somebody’s Going to Emergency, Somebody’s Going to Jail,” which Terri aptly subtitles “A Very Bad Day for Sam Seaborn.” 24:32: Challenge Round - Terri challenged Catherine to watch the movie Return to Me, a romantic comedy with a twist that is very twisty. That detracts not a whit from the movie’s charm, so you should watch this one when you need a smile. For next week, Catherine challenged Terri to listen to the Fountains of Wayne album “Sky Full of Holes.” We’ll also watch The West Wing’s “The Stackhouse Filibuster” and discuss another pop-culture topic that's a mystery to us right now.
