She was the central figure, using the pseudonym Kathie Davis, in Budd Hopkins' classic book IntrudersL The Incredible Visitations at Copley Woods as well as its 1992 TV miniseries adaptation. She co-authoredm with her sister Kathy Mitchell, Abducted: The Story of the Intruders Continues. Debbie has since become well-known through her many media & conferences appearances
Debbie was an investigator for MUFON & founded the paranornal research group Paranormal Underground. For four years she co-hosted her own internet radio show, Midwest Paratalk Radio with Gregg Cable.
