The CTCP was a intervener in the recent Rv Seeman, Martin, Warnecke Charter Challenge that these 3 cases had before the courts. Once again patients have had to take the Federal Government to court and it appears the courts have found parts of Canadian cannabis laws violated the rights of patients and others.

Even though this case dealt with the former ACMPR program it will or should at some point have an effect on the Cannabis Act
