Long live thw works of the true activist s and warriors that continue to strive forward with heart compassion and desire to create change within the programs that exist be the voice when others have been silenced thank you all
Support the shops that are still opening up the shops that support programs like the cannabis substitution project and the esp as well support those that help cannabis access to patients
Rob sadly I agree and cry at same time with that statement you made ...... been raising awareness as much as I canna but damn I know so many that say it's legal give it up already and some of these words come from activists as well sadly .....
I've been closely following Neil and all the other CSP's across Canada and would like to start one in North Bay, ON but there's only so much I can do with the very little I get from disability.
If their excuse for not covering is because there's no DIN, they can cover it under a Health Spending Account just like several insurance companies are currently doing.
Fred, for all intents and purposes, Canada has NEVER had a medical cannabis program. It has NEVER met the needs of the patients. IMHO, a new Federal Ministry of Medical Cannabis needs to be created and it needs to be comprised soley of cannabis friendly doctors and heath professionals. This new ministry could then report to Hellth Canada any information that would be relevant to the general public. Hellth Canada could also be responsible for the recreational market for the matters that are relevant.
The Supreme Court challenge that Jerry and Pat are putting up is truly something all patients should be getting behind and having their voices heard !!!!❤
Dilaudid almost killed me. I was only on a low starting dose and had only been on it for less than a month. I didn't realize at first what was happening to me until I started to give my wife the login infomation for household utility websites, and other pertinent info that she would need should I die. I ended up stopping it cold turkey and the withdrawl was hell but smoking huge amounts of cannabis got be through it.
I have been a legal cannabis patient since 2002 and this medical cannabis program has only gotten worse..... almost a forgotten program no matter how many Supreme Court challenges won for us patients by so many amazing activists ...... wishing all the best for Jerry Martin today as well
Our letters that we have been sending to Hellth Canada should also be directed to the CMA and all of the Provincial Colleges of Physicians and Surgeons.
Fred..... there is one legal medical cannabis store in Canada. Its in Ottawa and is owned by Hybridpharm. You can get signed and pick up your cannabis medication all in one place. ... hybridpharm.com
It's still happening now. Look at what's happening with Jerry Martin right now and the Sikora's with S&M Medicinal Sweet Shoppe, and many others. It's such bullshit and a waste of taxpayer's money! Meanwhile, the real crime happening is the denial of proven life saving medicine for patients.
Patient access has been a slap in the face .... let's do rec everywhere but medical access still only from one store in Ontario at a shoppers drug mart ..... shake my head long live thw true legacy market the peoples market
Exactly! They certainly don't tell everyone that! I wonder if both of those figures are available through either a Federal Government website or through the Access Information Act?
