The nonprofit Outside In, which primarily focuses on homeless youth, just got a $2.5 million dollar grant that will enable it to triple the number of youth who get counseling and other services. We talk with a client, Makaya Caldwell; Outside In’s clinical services manager, Amanda Atenucci; and Karen Cellarius, a senior researcher at PSU brought in to evaluate the implementation and effectiveness of the nonprofits’ programs.
