Portland Trail Blazers fans will be able to see their team play in-person at the Moda Center on Friday for the first time since March of last year. The Blazers are the last team in the NBA to decide to allow spectators. Attendance will be limited to about 1,900 people, or 10% of the arena’s full capacity.
