On this weeks episode, we are joined by our very first guest, adaptive athlete Rustin Hughes. Hughes is an Army veteran who created the non-profit B-Bold which helps individuals with disabilities through adaptive sports.
Hughes competes nationally and internationally in para Jiu Jitsu or Nub Jitsu as he calls it. He runs boxing classes for those suffering from Parkinson's at Trials Mixed Martial Arts gym. Rustin also competes professionally in MMA.
