Nicole Suydam, who served nearlya decade as Goodwill of OC’svice president of development,returned to Goodwill of Orange Countyas president and CEO in 2018. She hasmore than 20 years of management andleadership experience working withlocal and national nonprofits dedicatedto meeting human service needs. Priorto returning to Goodwill, Suydam servedas CEO of Second Harvest Food Bankof Orange County where she oversawthe distribution of more than 25 millionmeals to Orange County families andguided a vast network of more than 200community partners. Suydam graduatedfrom Vanguard University in Costa Mesa,Calif., and today serves as president ofits Alumni Association Board and is aproud member of its Board of Trustees.
