On this week's episode of No Vacancy Colorado, the gang sit down with founder of Seedstock Brewery (conveniently located on Colfax Ave & Lowell Blvd) owner Ron Abbott & coworker Emily Tracy, to talk about their passion for beer. We start with asking the same ol same ol, how Ron got in to the business, his passions, and what brought him to Colorado from sunn...eek, flat Nebraska. After diving into his background we start to pick his brain about his favorite spots in Denver. As a long time transplant and down to Earth guy, he had some great spots that we would otherwise not have thought of. They goof off, talking sports, favorite types of beers, and his experience at the 2019 Collaboration Fest. This guy is awesome, very knowledgable & humble as one can be.... Doesn't hurt he has some of the best beers (IMO) in Denver, but these were knockout guests.
