Essentials for one person:

1/2 Onion
1 big or 2 small garlic cloves
1/2 Aubergine
1 Chicken breast
1 Tomato (Or a can of chopped tomatoes, or more fresh tomatoes and some tomato paste - depending on how saucy you'd like it to be!)
Seasonings – salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika, oregano, basil…

Extras, if fancy: spinach (not so fancy... will make it so much better, if included!), fresh basil, dry red lentils...
