The lame duck legislature in Michigan defied the will of the voters, who voted for a Governor and AD committed to shutting down two 65 yr. old damaged pipelines under the Straits of Mackinac and passed a new "Tunnel Authority" to build a new Tunnel over 10 yrs, with bigger oil pipelines while the old ones continue to pumps 23 million gallons/day (cross your fingers) they don't rupture (U of M said would costs $6.3 Billion in damage). They offered a 3 day public comment line. Here is my first call
