Doug, Am I hearing you correctly (around 14:40) that you are suggesting that Peter was not directed by thew Holy Spirit to pronounce death over Ananias and Sapphira? Or that it was not Holy Sprit approved for Paul to pronounce blindness over someone who was trying to get someone else from accepting Christ? By the way, Paul was like Gandalf freeing King Theoden from Gríma Wormtongue in that senerio. This was likely the Scripture that inspired JRR Tolkein in the Two Towers. I think it's smacked up that people are not using the easy access to the early church writings I mean if you look at the early church writings becomes absolutely clear that for 300 to A Thousand Years everybody around the world was doing some kind of fast on Wednesday and Friday... Nothing super strict just a beautiful corporate fast It's absolutely dead smack in clear that the communion groups were keeping up the order of daily prayer of the temple and the Tabernacle...
