  Hello Lisa, Dock here, I would like to note that since this speach our president has given another speach in ussia in which he has said that he cannot legitemately act without congressional aproval. He stated that he cannot in good conscience show that Syria shows an immenent threat to America or our allies which would grant him the use of the military under the War Powers Act. This means that he has openly admitted that any attack on Syria at this time without congressional approval would be illegal. I commend the president on this statement. He has been the first president to actually adhere to the rules of the War Powers Act in a long time. I hope presidents after him will look to his decision as a model of hoe they should view their powers. Its not often I give him credit often but for this admission of his limited ability to throw the american people into another war, I commend him. Now to see if he will actually listen to the peoples representatives we shall see.
