In this introductory episode, Emma and Troy talk about MoNA's aspirations to be as approachable as possible. They discuss how approachability plays a major role in the journey towards natural alignment.
They also discuss techniques to achieve the level of openness, connectedness, and oneness required to achieve serenity and sustainability in the modern world. Both Emma and Troy have overcome extreme shyness as children and recognize that shyness was a major hurdle to achieving the contentment that comes with the MoNA Life.
Most importantly, the two emphasize that they are not perfect, they are in fact still human. Troy confesses his addiction to fast food and Emma jokes about the "sin bin" at the MoNA Sanctuary in Las Vegas.
The episode stresses that there is no judgement allowed here at MoNA. Judgement results in being closed off from nature and this disconnectedness from others, and from nature as a whole, is contrary to this core belief of the Ministry of Natural Alignment.
