Sofie Berga, RN, BSN, CPC, ELI-MP is a pediatric nurse, Certified Professional Coach and Child empowerment expert. She helps kids and teens feel powerful, important and connected. Sofie has empowered children for 20+ years. First in nursing and then with Coaching and all along empowering her own 2 children to successful lives. She is the award winning author of the medical picture books the Bastian Adventure Series and the founder of The Excelsior Program. An empowerment program for teens. She has also been a columnist for the online platform “One Idea Away” with her column “Empowering Parenting”.

She grew up in Denmark with two special ED teachers as parents, talking about ‘how you become who you are” around the dinner table and specializes in The Danish Way of Parenting, which is the secret sauce behind how the happiest country in the world for 40+ years raise confident, resilient and happy kids.
